Includes a private, in-home “New-To-You Puppy Consultation” and our group Puppy Preschool class. The perfect way to get your new family off to a great start!
Along with more socialization and reinforcement of basic commands in practical situations, professionals in the fields of grooming, nutrition, and exercise will speak to us about their areas of expertise. We will also have loads of fun teaching tricks and building your puppy’s confidence through agility. This course also includes the AKC S.T.A.R. Program.

Agility

Looking for a way to stimulate your dog’s brain? Or maybe you just want to see what your dog is capable of doing.
In either case, agility classes are the perfect fit!

This class is not for competition training. It is for people looking to have fun with their dogs while learning about a wonderful dog sport.

A dog’s confidence in him/herself and their trust in you is paramount to a healthy relationship with our canine friends. By getting your dog to accomplish challenges our agility obstacles represent, your dog will gain that confidence and trust. You and your dog will be introduced to all the different types of agility equipment, learn the purpose of the equipment, and most of all learn another way to have FUN while exercising with your dog. Because of the drop-in format, you can come when it fits your schedule!

This class introduces owners and their dogs to the sport of Dog Agility. No prior experience required! Agility is a great way to stimulate your dog’s mind and body while having fun. In this class, dogs will start to learn how to perform the agility obstacles and follow directions, while people will learn the basics on how to “handle” their dogs through the agility course. Get started on the right “paw” and come bond with your dog while both his/her brain and body get a workout!
This class is for teams who have completed an introductory course to agility and want to continue learning agility. In this class, dogs will continue learning how to perform the obstacles and handlers will learn more techniques for telling their dogs where to go. We will start sequencing obstacles together in order to get the dogs and handlers moving in flow as a team!

We will increase number of obstacles in sequences to build towards running full courses. Dog’s obstacle performances will be refined so that they truly know how to perform each obstacle on their own. Specialty

Our specialty courses are for those who wish to expand their dog’s knowledge, prep them for a competition, or get them trained for being a therapy dog.

Owners must have completed our Basic Obedience I or comparable (instructor approved), to be eligible. The class will reinforce basic commands with distractions, introduce new commands (leave it, wait, go visit), and new skills needed to prepare for Pet Therapy. Special equipment will be introduced along with safe dog-handling training for health care facilities.
